We will contact the responsible party/parties and negotiate on your behalf until an appropriate and timely resolution is achieved to the satisfaction of both parties.  When appropriate, a reimbursement of your costs or credit for complimentary future services will be pursued by TravelComplaint.com. In the case of a claim, we will pursue payment for all losses incurred.

Charges for such services include a one time fee of $25.00 USD.  Reimbursement of losses incurred is subject to a service fee of 5%, based on reimbursement amount.  Fee’s are as follows:
